The club aims to encourage and foster appreciation, communication and advancements in the technology and art of photography in Hancock, MD and the nearby regions of MD, PA and WV.
We want to promote the beauty of our town and surrounding areas through some amazing photographs taken by our club members and enjoy the peaceful nature while doing so.
Time frames - Procedures - Prizes Submissions - Photos must be received by August 31, 2010. They can be delivered to Marilyn Pontius, librarian at the War Memorial Library in Widmyer Park, or mailed to The Town of Hancock, c/o Photo Contest, 126 West High Street, Hancock, MD 21750. If return of the photos by mail is required, a self addressed postage paid mailing envelope must be provided. Entrants are responsible for following the delivery and pickup instructions outlined here.
